We are local

As local consultants, we have longstanding relationships with local authorities and councils across our geographies and have a sound insight of their needs and requirements when it comes to community outcomes. We already understand our local community drivers from high to granular level, helping us to create efficiencies and streamline approval processes for our clients.

Our local teams have detailed knowledge and experience in local standards and guidelines, including across the state borders to oversee the best possible quality assurance outcomes to our projects. Our longstanding relationships with local contractors also enables us to coordinate and manage projects based on intimate knowledge their strengths and capabilities.

We are active members of local chapters of our industry bodies including the Mater Builders Association and the Institute of Urban Development Australia (UDIA). We work together

When engaged as an integrated end-to-end service, we work closely with other inhouse technical disciplines to ensure our Civil Engineering, Water Engineering and Landscape Architecture teams’ designs are executed to the highest standards. We do this through close collaboration throughout the whole delivery programme.

When engaged as a stand-alone service, we have the ability to call upon the knowledge of technical experts from a broad range of technical disciplines to provide prompt advice throughout delivery – mitigating delays and ensuring smooth delivery.

Pre-construction services

Our experienced team provides project scoping, constructability and sensitivity analysis, engineering estimates, quotation and tender phase management to ensure opportunities and risks are realised prior to construction.

Contract management

Focusing on optimised outcomes, our team can assist in the negotiation, creation, execution, management and administration of Australian standard and modified contracts. We provide superintendent services to ensure strict compliance and adherence to these contracts.

Construction administration

With our experienced and technically diverse team of project managers, construction administrators, site surveillance officers and resident engineers, we oversee all phases of a construction project. Working collaborative our client, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders we ensure fulfilment of all contractual obligations.

Site surveillance/Clerk of works

Our site surveillance offers take the lead role onsite in overseeing compliance of the contractors site based safety, environmental and quality assurance activities. With a strong site presence, we assess works through regular monitoring, observations and inspections, reporting back to our contract administrations, project management teams and clients on all site related matters.
