Sharyn is a civil engineer in Adelaide with over 20 years’ experience in the local development industry, spanning a variety of roles within local government, state government and the private sector.
She has managed brownfield and urban renewal land developments from feasibility to completion as a project and development manager, and multi-stage greenfield developments as a superintendent and contract administrator.
Sharyn also spent over nine years in local government as a development engineer, assessing the civil engineering aspects of land developments and other projects for Development Approvals.
Her experience as client, superintendent and public authority representative allows Sharyn to view projects holistically, identify potential issues early and, wherever possible, negotiate outcomes that are mutually beneficial.
