Phil has 20 years’ experience in the civil engineering land development industry, with a variety of technical skills in the design space, project management, auditing and inspections.
Phil has a passion for quality and high standards. He has previously been involved with the companies Practice Area focusing on quality systems and to build Industry Connections.
He has managed the Spiire Melbourne design team and is now focusing on helping a team of graduates and professional engineers in the technical design space as a senior associate and lead designer in the Melbourne civil engineering team.
Phil has worked on several residential, industrial and infrastructure development projects where he effectively led project teams to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and met client’s objectives
