Nic’s career at Spiire has covered the full spectrum of Victoria’s property and water industry for over 13 years. Nic has an excellent mind for strategy and enjoys forming relationships with stakeholders, in particular in regional settings to deliver integrated outcomes that provide mutual benefit.
With a strong understanding of the property industry in Gippsland, South East Melbourne and regional Victoria, Nic works closely with landowners, developers, agencies and stakeholders within that corridor and, living locally, delivers Spiire’s industry leading services to the these regions.
Previously, Nic built our Geelong and Gippsland businesses to an exemplar position in the local market, highly regarded within the industry.
Nic adds value to projects with the effective management of multidisciplinary teams; bringing together collective expertise to create cohesive outcomes. Highly regarded in the industry, Nic is a longstanding member of Stormwater Victoria and the UDIA and has acted as an expert witness for the property and infrastructure industry at VCAT.
