We provide civil engineering, town planning, surveying, construction consultancy, landscape architecture, urban design, water engineering, electrical engineering and visual media services throughout Ballarat and the Central Highlands regions.
As one of Australia’s largest employee-owned property and infrastructure consultancies, Spiire has successfully delivered projects of significant scale and complexity for more than 35 years.
The Ballarat team is supported by more than 350 people working across eight integrated disciplines in our network of offices across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and the ACT.

As regional Victorian consultants, we have a sound appreciation of local development issues and the diverse range of community aspirations. We strongly believe in providing project outcomes appropriate for the local community context. Our sustained presence across regional Victoria uniquely positions us to understand and address issues relevant to the development of our local towns and communities.
We provided specialist services to private and government clients in Ballarat for almost a decade from our wider regional Victorian network, before launching our dedicated local office in 2020.
The Ballarat team, led by Kerry Wilkinson and supported by General Manager – VIC & SA Cameron Clarke (committee member for UDIA Northern Chapter), are experienced consultants with strong connections to the region.

We specialise in estate Network Master Planning, reticulation and public lighting design for greenfield development projects, and have extensive experience in electricity distribution.
