Archie has spent most of his career in the property development industry as either a Principal Engineer or as a Senior Development Manager. He brings to our team the knowledge and understanding of what outcomes are required to deliver a successful project from several perspectives.
He understands the pressures of working on the property developer side and how decisions in the planning and design phases will have flow on effects on the commercial outcomes of a project.
For last several years he worked for Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) where he was responsible for implementing the regulatory framework and delivery of projects within priority development areas. Archie has detailed knowledge in planning and regulatory frameworks which allows him to navigate projects through the approvals phase efficiently.
He has extensive experience in the end-to-end development management project lifecycle including advisory on all strategic development matters, overarching infrastructure planning, business cases, feasibility studies, budget management and reporting, planning approvals, design management, stakeholder engagement procurement, construction contracts management and public asset handover.
