Paul is a strategic and statutory planner with over 20 years of experience working in the UK, New Zealand, and in both Queensland and Victoria since moving to Australia in 2018.
Paul has worked in the public sector at both local and regional levels, as well as in commercial property and environment & infrastructure consultancies, and is attuned to the breadth of the planning and development industry, and the highly differing needs and perspectives of those within it. Consequently, as land use planning policies and the economic and political imperative that drive them become increasingly complex, Paul provides a pragmatic approach based on identifying the issues that genuinely matter to each stakeholder.
Paul works across the Town Planning discipline at Spiire, combining a role of working with clients on a range of infill, greenfield, infrastructure and strategic planning projects, with an internal focus on ensuring Spiire’s systems and processes deliver consistent, high-quality planning outputs from skilled planners continually engaging with latest industry innovations and recognised best practice techniques.
