Senior Associate
Bendigo
Town Planning

Zoe is a passionate regional planner with over 13 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors in Melbourne and regional Victoria, and has a strong understanding of the complexities of the planning process and how to get the best outcomes for her clients.

She has experience in both the statutory and strategic planning fields, having worked on a diverse range of projects in Victoria including complex residential, infrastructure, educational, cultural and commercial projects. Zoe has fostered strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, regional Councils and local consultants.

Zoe spent the earlier phases of her career working at a boutique planning firm and a large multi-disciplinary firm in Melbourne, which provided her with a strong foundation for her technical knowledge of the Victorian Planning Framework, statutory planning functions and project management.

Zoe decided to fulfil her passion for regional development and return to her home town of Bendigo in 2015, which is when she joined the Spiire team. Since returning to the country and residing in Castlemaine, Zoe’s passion for the regions has only grown stronger and she strives towards making regional Victoria the place of choice for people to live and work. Zoe is excited to be playing her part in shaping regional centres and towns for the future.

Zoe’s strengths lie in complex negotiations and project facilitation, delivering positive outcomes for her clients.
