Lauren is AILA Registered with over 12 years’ experience working on some of Australia’s most outstanding public realm, community, development, and residential projects including the GV Health Therapeutic Courtyard, Shepparton winner of the 2019 AILA Victoria Award and Elizabeth Quays, Perth winner of the 2017 AIA Urban Design Award.  

Lauren is a specialist in connecting people to place. Her work focuses on delivering highly valuable landscapes to create richer social and environmental experiences for people throughout Central Victoria. This together with her intimate knowledge of the region and professional relationships with authorities, businesses, organisations and the community bring credibility and strength to her practise.  

She has a sound understanding and appreciation of design and horticulture and her work and interests focus on exploring both artistic and sustainable ideas to develop site specific narratives through the design and practice of landscape architecture. 

Lauren is a founding member of the AILA Victoria ‘Connection to Country’ working group, whose aspirations and goals are to develop a nationally adopted Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and promote the importance of meaningful indigenous/ community engagement in the landscape architecture profession.
