We are property and infrastructure experts and pride ourselves in working with our clients to realise their projects potential. We have worked on some of Australia’s largest residential communities and supporting infrastructure projects. Our large team of civil engineers bring together a depth of experience gathered delivering projects over four decades.

Due diligence & feasibility

We prepare due diligence advice, including servicing strategies and opinion of probable cost (OPC), to assist in the feasibility and acquisition of our clients potential projects. We pride ourselves on being a trusted industry advisor and work closely with our clients and authorities to ensure project opportunities and risks are fully understood and provide certainty to the decision-making process.

Project management

Our civil engineers regularly take the lead role across large project teams to oversee property and infrastructure projects. We supervise all project stakeholders, engage with the relevant authorities and monitor compliance with project time, budget, communication and scope requirements.

With a hands-on approach to project management, we solve problems and overcome project challenges with pragmatism and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Engineering design

With our experienced and technically diverse team of Contract Managers, Superintendents, Principal’s Representatives, Surveillance Officers and Resident Engineers, we provide construction assurance and consultancy across the delivery phase of projects. Our detailed knowledge of the construction process ensures our clients are well informed, maintain control of their projects and that designs are delivered in the most time and cost-effective manner.
